Salad Production Worker/ Cold Storage Environment

Location: Purmerend, Netherlands Working Conditions: Cold storage at 8°C Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to work in our salad production facility. This role involves working in a chilled environment, ensuring the preparation and packaging of fresh, high-quality salads. Main Responsibilities: - Preparing, packaging, and conducting quality checks on salad products. - Operating production machinery (training provided). - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace. - Following all hygiene and safety protocols. Requirements: - Basic communication skills in English are required. - Availability for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for vacation during the contract. - Willingness to work flexible shifts depending on production needs. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: Day Shifts: - From 8:30 to 17:00 or 7:00 to 15:00. Night/Evening Shifts: - Start at 18:00 and finish upon task completion, depending on the volume of orders (typically between 2:00 and 4:00). Additional Compensation: - Overtime (above 40 hours): 125% pay rate. - Sundays and Public Holidays: 200% pay rate. Night Shifts: - From 19:00 to 23:00 – 125% pay rate. - From 23:00 to 06:00 – 140% pay rate. - Sundays starting at 23:00 – 140% pay rate.
