Retail Real Estate Advisor Rotterdam Job description To expand our Retail team, we are looking for a driven retail real estate advisor . Do you also have an affinity with Retail and hospitality? Then you will be a perfect fit for our team. What will you do? In this role, you will be actively involved in the commercial process surrounding retail real estate. Your responsibilities will include: • Leasing retail spaces on behalf of private and institutional investors • Advising clients on rental prices and market developments • Actively approaching potential tenants • Identifying retailers' property requirements and translating them into concrete opportunities • Building and maintaining a strong network within Retail and hospitality What do we expect from you? • Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement • An affinity with and/or relevant professional experience in Retail and hospitality is an advantage • Commercially driven with strong communication skills • A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset • Available full-time • A healthy sense of humour!
