Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service • Cashing customers out • Organization and restocking of merchandise • Retrieve items from the warehouse based on customer orders, using picking lists or automated systems. • Inspect products for defects or discrepancies and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. • Package items securely, ensuring they are ready for shipping or delivery to customers. • Label packages, prepare shipping documents, and load items onto delivery trucks. • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized to avoid accidents and improve workflow efficiency. • Place products in their designated areas, ensuring they are organized and easy to locate. • Replenish inventory in warehouse areas as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
