Restaurant General Manager KFC Kampen - English • Restaurant Manager • KFC Kampen • fulltime • €3,000 - €3,500 per month As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you'll be the inspiring leader of your restaurant team. You oversee daily operations and are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's activities, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and finances. You guide and motivate your team (around 50-100 employees), create a positive team atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You'll also safeguard the quality of everything served on our guests' trays. MAKE A DIFFERENCE… with your responsibilities In this role, you'll have the autonomy to run your restaurant as if it were your own business, with a focus on driving improvements across four key areas: People, Guests, Sales, and Profit. Your responsibilities include: • Managing the restaurant's performance • Coaching, training, and engaging your team to help them reach their full potential • Meeting KPIs to ensure your restaurant maintains high standards • Performing weekly administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations • Managing the restaurant's profit and loss account • Leading by example on the floor, ensuring guests have a memorable experience that keeps them coming back • Overseeing the recruitment process to attract top talent that embodies our core values of Smart, Heart, and Courage BRING YOUR BEST SELF… with these qualifications • Equivalent to MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in leading and developing a diverse team with strong communication skills; knowledge of HR disciplinary and grievance procedures is a plus • Retail or hospitality management experience, with a track record of enhancing the customer experience • Proven ability to grow sales and sound commercial judgment in making business decisions • Understanding of profit and loss drivers; experience in cost management and commercial strategies • Excellent command of both Dutch and English is a plus HAVE FUN… growing and thriving with us at KFC We support your ambitions and make sure you are treated with respect, providing all the tools you need to succeed.
