improving the processes in our hotel, training your colleagues, and making sure everything runs smoothly at the restaurant and at the bar. you ensure that all colleagues have the right tools to make our guests happy with our food and beverage services. and as the supervisor, you are responsible for the restaurant, the lobby & lounge bar, and the room service, together with our international team here in our big hotel. be limitlessduring your shift you make sure that everything runs smoothly. if a waiter cannot solve a complain, you jump in to help. you check that the orders are correct, and the employees are well supervised and trained, as you are not always on the floor. together with the whole team, you make sure that everything is going according to plan and at the end you hand the shift over neatly to the colleagues taking over. moreover, you are responsible for administrative tasks, such as processing and checking payments, and carrying out two annual staff evaluations, together with the (assistant) restaurant & bar manager. in addition, you are:responsible for welcoming the guests and making sure they feel hospitable with our food and beverage options. for our restaurant and the room service, your working times are from 07:00 till 15:00 and from 15:00 till 23:00. for the bar, the working times are from 09:00 till 17:00, from 15:00 till 23:00, and from 16:00 till 00:00.proud to presentmövenpick: the place to enjoy life. inside, we create a space for our guests to enjoy by relaxing at the bar with a delicious cocktail or a creamy cappuccino. in our restaurants, you can discover the most delicious special dishes. we are originally from switzerland, and we carry this luxurious gastronomic hospitality with us.
