VHK is a small consultancy firm specialised in working with Ecodesign and Energy Labelling regulations and related sustainable product policies for the European Commission. We are 6 employees (including colleagues in our Belgian branch office in Brussels), all with a technical background such as engineering or industrial design. VHK is a full subsidiary of the Danish consultancy Viegand Maagøe, which specialises in the green transition. Because of an increasing project portfolio and our ambition to grow, we are looking for a Junior Research Engineer who can develop into a strong consultant. What will be your role? As a Junior Research Engineer, you will take part of smaller project teams working on studies for the European Commission and other clients. Current projects include review studies for Ecodesign and Energy Labelling regulations, deep-dive technical studies, and translating new regulation into practical requirements and analysis. Your work will primarily be carried out at our office in the Delft-area, and you will work closely with the Managing Director and colleagues in both the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.
