As a Repair Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of returned products, light repairs, and system updates, all while contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Your mission As a Repair Operator, your mission is to support the return flow of our juvenile products by inspecting, processing, and registering returned items. You'll work closely with a team of 4 to ensure products are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow within a logistics or administrative setting. Key responsibilities - Inspect and process returned products according to priority and company procedures. - Register repairs and returns in our ERP system. - Label and prepare products for reintegration into stock or demo use. - Support light repair tasks (e.g. refreshing demo items, basic adjustments). - Identify issues and suggest improvements in the return flow. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. - Handle administrative follow-up for completed repairs and returns. Your profile - MBO-level education or equivalent experience. - Experience in a logistics environment. - Comfortable with a mix of desk-based and hands-on tasks (approx. 60/40 split). - Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. - Team player who enjoys a relaxed, open work environment. - Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
