The role involves spearheading large-scale process improvement and innovation projects, leveraging advanced methodologies and AI initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. The role delegates critical tasks to senior project managers, oversees the development of scalable operational frameworks and drives innovation and deployments in the Zones of International Region by integrating emerging trends and technologies. The role leads change initiatives, champions best practices, new technologies, and innovative processes to enhance service delivery.
