This is your daily action As a Recruitment Intern, you will become part of our international Recruitment team at our headquarters in North Holland. You will learn how recruitment processes work within a large international retail organization and support recruiters in attracting top talent across different departments. These are your daily actions: - Follow an onboarding program to get familiar with the recruitment processes, systems, and tools used within Action. - Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and maintaining candidate information within our recruitment systems. - Participate in recruitment meetings, collaborate with different departments and stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience throughout the full hiring process. - Support day-to-day recruitment tasks by posting job opportunities on LinkedIn, helping organize hiring events, and preparing candidate outreach communications - Contribute to exciting recruitment and HR projects such as process improvements, recruitment automation initiatives, Labor law-related topics, and optimizing selection and hiring processes. - B...
