From our office in Roosendaal, we help candidates find a new challenge every day and support companies in finding motivated personnel. Through our personal approach, we build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. What are you going to do? As a Recruiter at 4Works, you are responsible for searching for, interviewing, and guiding candidates within the logistics industry. No two days are the same: you constantly switch between candidates, clients, and open vacancies. Your duties: - Recruiting and approaching candidates via various channels - Conducting intake interviews and introductions - Matching candidates to open vacancies - Maintain contact with customers and employees - Drafting and publishing job vacancies - Identifying commercial opportunities - Administrative processing of candidates and placements Who are you? - You have strong communication skills and a social disposition. - You work independently and contribute proactively. - You love a dynamic work environment - You speak fluent Dutch and good English - Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer contact is a plus. - Interest in logistics is a plus. - You are available full-time on location in Roosendaal - Driving license B is mandatory What do we offer? - Salary up to €3,000 gross per month - Bonus scheme for good results - Working in a small knit team - Plenty of room for personal development - Career advancement opportunities within recruitment and account management - I...
