As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience. Even during busy moments, you remain calm and attentive, assisting each guest with enthusiasm and care. Whether it's arranging a taxi, providing directions, or recommending the best local restaurants, you're always ready to help. You're not just familiar with the city's highlights, you also know the hidden gems only locals talk about. With your insider tips, our guests enjoy unforgettable city trips. What you'll enjoy doing: • Welcoming guests with a smile during check-in and check-out; • Providing information about the hotel's facilities; • Sharing great tips about the city centre and popular local spots; • Handling new reservations; Does this sound like you? Ideally, you: • Are passionate about offering guests a warm and personal welcome; • Are hospitable and attentive to guests' needs; • Have good energy and are well-presented; • Able to stay composed during busy times, such as multiple check-ins and/-or guest needs; • Are flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends (you can indicate your preferences in our rooster app); • Are available for a full-time or part-time position; • Speak English and/-or Dutch (additional languages are a plus!)).
