You are often the first point of contact for customers, schedule inspections throughout the Netherlands, and ensure that our inspectors know exactly where they need to be. Thanks to your organizational skills, every workday runs smoothly. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je start de dag met een kop koffie en bekijkt welke nieuwe aanvragen er zijn binnengekomen. Een klant belt met vragen over een bouwkundige keuring, terwijl een inspecteur laat weten dat een afspraak moet worden verplaatst omdat hij in de file staat. Jij schakelt snel, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de planning weer klopt. Gedurende de dag beantwoord je telefoontjes en e-mails, plan je bouwkundige keuringen, energielabels, meetrapporten en funderingsonderzoeken in en houd je contact met inspecteurs.
