Your tasks - Operating reach trucks within a cold storage warehouse environment - Ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products from warehouse shelves - Utilizing advanced warehouse management systems and scanning technology to maintain accurate inventory records - Adhering strictly to established safety rules and protocols to ensure a secure working environment - Employing excellent time management skills to achieve daily production goals and meet order fulfillment targets Requirements - Prior experience as a Reach truck driver is advantageous - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology will be considered a plus - Proficiency in Polish, English, or Dutch languages will facilitate effective communication. - Demonstrated eagerness to learn, coupled with a commitment to delivering tasks of the highest quality - Reach truck certificate valid for at least 2 years Our offer - Gross hourly wage: €15,63 + €0,21 ADV - Additional shift allowance up from 8.75% to 13,75% depending on the shift system - Additional cold allowance €0,26 - Fixed pension compensation from €0,26 - Working in 2 or 3 shifts: 6:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00 / 21:00-6.00 - You will work in a clean environment at a temperature of -25 degrees - Your truck is closed and has a heating - Health insurance - Company-provided accommodation near the workplace - Stable and long-term full-time employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week - Weekly payments - Transportation assistance, including rental bikes or company cars (based on location) The company is a cold storage and crate washing company which is divided by 3 locations in the area...
