Your Responsibilities As an R&D Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative development projects in the fields of electronics and medical devices. - Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of hardware, software, electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers. - Manage the development of new electronic products and medical systems from concept through industrialization. - Oversee project planning, budgets, quality, and technical progress throughout complex R&D projects. - Coordinate verification, validation, and testing activities in accordance with applicable quality and safety standards. - Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth transfer of products into production. - Identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle.
