You're looking for a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and where your high stress tolerance can truly shine. • You have strong communication skills in the language combination below; • Fluent in English, French and Italian; • You are customer oriented; • You know how to multitask and like to work in a team; • You have strong IT skills; • You are eager to learn; • You work result-oriented. what will you do As Agent Query Handling you are responsible for the accurate, professional and timely handling of customer questions. You research and solve them, always meeting the quality standards of our customers. You are also an expert in billing and customs matters within the department. You help to find solutions to the most complex questions and thus contribute to the effective settlement of debtor cases. • Solve customer inquiries in accordance with DHL standards; • Log/update questions in ERP system quickly and accurately; • Promote self service functionalities actively and/or ensure that customer questions are addressed structurally so that they do not recur; • Ensure cross-function connection and ensure the required billing adjustments; • Manage customers' escalation process and take charge of the solution. where will you work The Shared Service Center employs more than 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages.
