As a Quality Engineer / CMM Programmer, you'll be the go-to person for quality at Frerotech. You'll monitor the quality of our products, support your colleagues, and have the freedom to further shape the quality department and continuously improve our quality processes. Who are you? • A completed MBO or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field. • Experience in a technical manufacturing environment. • Experience with Mitutoyo CMM , MCOSMOS , High QA Inspection Manager , 8D , and FAIs is a plus. • You work with precision, are quality-conscious, and think in terms of solutions. • You communicate easily with colleagues at all levels. • You enjoy contributing to the further development of the quality department. What we expect from you: • Programming and operating our Mitutoyo CMM using MCOSMOS . • Conducting dimensional inspections and approving high-quality precision parts. • Preparing measurement reports and managing measurement data in High QA Inspection Manager . • Conducting and evaluating First Article Inspections (FAIs) . • Handling internal and external quality complaints using 8D reports . • Calibrating, managing, and recording measuring tools. • Contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and assurance of our ISO 9001 quality management system. • Advising colleagues on quality issues and initiating quality and process improvements.
