Quality Engineer (14465)

Are you an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-tech manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and quality improvement? At Trinamics, you will have the opportunity to take on a key role as a Supplier Quality Engineering Team Leader within complex international supply chains. In this hybrid role (50% leadership / 50% hands-on), you are responsible for improving the quality, performance, and processes of suppliers. You will work closely with procurement, engineering teams, and global suppliers to drive structural improvements. At the same time, you will lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and ensure their continuous development and performance. You will operate in an innovative high-tech environment, where precision, quality, and collaboration are essential. With your technical expertise and leadership capabilities, you will contribute to sustainable improvements across the entire supply chain, from supplier to end product.
