You play a key role in protecting our customers and strengthening product quality across Europe. Working across distribution centres and markets, you actively assess product performance, identify risks, and drive improvements together with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This is your daily action - Perform product testing and AQL inspections to ensure safety, quality, and durability - Monitor incoming goods in distribution centres, ensuring only compliant products are released to stores - Check packaging and labelling for transport safety, accuracy, and compliance - Analyse defects, damaged goods, and complaints, and drive corrective actions - Identify root causes and provide clear recommendations to improve products and suppliers - Collaborate with Product Technologists and stakeholders to resolve quality issues - Ensure compliance with EU and local regulations to support market readiness - Monitor supplier performance against specifications and escalate risks when necessary - Support recalls and critical issues with fast, accurate testing and reporting - Document findings clearly and continuously improve quality control processes - Perform internal laboratory checks to ensure products are compliant and fit for purpose Meet your team You will join the Technical/Quality department, where we are responsible for ensuring product quality, safety, compliance, and sustainability.
