What will you do? You are the driving force behind our food safety and product quality. In this role, you bridge the gap between abstract procedures and daily operations. • Closely monitor the handling, storage, and processing of our fresh fruit and vegetables. • Conduct regular quality, hygiene, and process audits directly in the warehouse and operational areas. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards. • Support and actively participate in both internal and external audits. You are fully comfortable being present on the bustling audit floor. • Identify and report deviations and follow up on corrective actions. • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations to maintain high standards. • Maintain quality records and documentation when needed. • 32-40 • HBO • English Who are you? • You have at least 3 years experience in food safety, quality control, or a similar role in production, logistics, or fresh produce environment. • You have a hands-on, pragmatic mindset-you thrive on the operational floor and love engaging with the team. • You are a self-driven professional who anticipates needs and takes action without needing direction. " • You have a structured and accurate way of working, are reliable and solution-oriented. • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
