You ensure that all warehousing, distribution and product finishing activities comply with applicable GMP, GDP, ISO, MDR, FDA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements. You develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System and oversee key quality processes, including document management, change control, validation, software quality assurance, training, product disposition, complaint handling, product recalls, auditing, CAPA management, quality metrics and management review. In this role, you provide leadership to a team of five Quality Assurance professionals, ensuring high performance, employee development and a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
