We are Thermaflex, based in Waalwijk, an international company with a down-to-earth Brabant culture. From our factory we produce smart insulation solutions that are used worldwide in homes, hospitals, offices and industry. We're active in more than 45 countries, but you'll still get your own coffee from the machine. Quality is in our DNA - our products are used every day in a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects. To further strengthen our quality standards, we're looking for a QA Engineer who will be the driving force behind that. How will you make an impact? As QA Engineer, you're responsible for quality management within our organisation. You maintain and develop our quality system, oversee product and organisational certifications, and translate laws and regulations into practical implementation. You work as a staff member reporting directly to management and lead the QC employee. How you do that? ● You manage, maintain and improve our quality management system. ● You coordinate and guide product and organisational certifications, such as ISO, KOMO, KIWA or comparable standards. ● You prepare for, guide and follow up on internal and external audits. ● You identify deviations, carry out root cause analyses and initiate improvement measures. ● You translate updated standards, laws and regulations into processes and procedures. ● You analyse quality data and report on it to management. ● You advise management and departments on quality issues and continuous improvement. ● You ...
