As a Project Manager Transaction Monitoring, you govern, structure, and support the delivery of a key migration program within the Transaction Monitoring domain. Acting as the central liaison between Business and Technology, you navigate operational challenges and deliver clear management reporting to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end migration and delivery of the updated TM Case Management workflow. - Provide independent insights, proactive problem-solving, and executive management reporting. - Act as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders, offering deep domain advice. - Collaborate closely with operational TM teams to understand and resolve daily challenges. - Maintain a structured governance framework with a relentless focus on quality and compliance.
