This unique materials expertise enables us to solve complex challenges for customers in high-tech markets such as Semicon, Medtech and Aerospace. As Projectmanager Research & Development, you will lead complex development projects from first idea and prototype to a stable, reproducible and economically viable production process. These projects often start in an early phase, where material behaviour, process choices and final application still need to be defined. You report to the R&D Manager and work closely with customers, R&D specialists, application engineers, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and the international IDEX organisation. Your role is to create alignment, structure and progress in projects where technical complexity, stakeholder interests and business priorities come together. Your role You lead R&D projects in which new products, processes and technologies are developed based on glass, ceramics and other specialist materials. The emphasis is not only on planning, but especially on stakeholder management, process knowledge and the ability to connect technical content with business impact. This means: - Managing stakeholders across customers, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales and IDEX. - Leading multiple complex R&D projects from concept and prototype to industrialisation. - Translating customer needs, technical challenges and business requirements into clear plans, milestones and decisions. - Bringing structure to early-stage development projects where not everything is fixed upfront. - Monitori...
