You will analyze potential clients' processes and propose appropriate supply chain solutions. In this analysis, you will focus on the logistics process, examining the flow of goods and the procurement process. Through data analysis, research, and discussions with the client, you will develop an optimal improvement proposal. You will make recommendations for optimizing the client's logistics processes and discuss them in detail. Your analytical and presentation skills will enable you to turn a proposal into an approved project. Once the client has approved the proposal and the contract has been finalized, you will begin the implementation phase. As project manager, you are ultimately responsible for the implementation, ensuring that the deadline and budget are met. Implementation projects begin with a client assessment. During this analysis phase, preparatory work is carried out, after which the actual implementation begins. You will work with both internal and external teams to implement the project and serve as the point of contact for the client and the internal organization. In addition, you will support account managers in their commercial interactions with clients. You monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary. You are committed to continuous improvement and advise account managers on new developments.
