As a Project Manager Offshore Cable, you are responsible for delivering complex maintenance and repair projects for offshore cable systems, so that the Netherlands can continue to rely on reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy. - You lead complex offshore cable projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring control of planning, budget, quality, and safety so that assets remain reliably in operation. - You coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors and align with stakeholders such as grid connection managers and maintenance planners, so that work is executed in an integrated and efficient way. - You develop maintenance and repair plans, prepare reports and decision documents, and advise management and authorities, so that decisions are well‑founded and timely. - You establish and manage contracts and service agreements with suppliers and contractors, so that TenneT maintains effective repair readiness and service continuity. - You identify project risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation and compliance measures, so that all activities meet permit requirements, contractual obligations, and TenneT standards. - You safeguard technical documentation and asset data and contribute to process improvements within the subsea domain, so that safe and efficient long‑term asset operations are ensured.
