We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: About this vacancy As a Project Manager NPI you are responsible to lead a project from an engineering phase smoothly into production. You determine the project scope, define a project plan & budget and execute it. Throughout the project, you keep all stakeholders informed about the progress and motivate your team to perform. Apart from validating the first systems, you also deliver all required process deliverables for design, quality, supply chain, work instructions and manage the required equipment. Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex machine building, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace. What we expect from you - Education: bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field; - At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an integral project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (both development and manufacturing). Ideally, you are PMP, PMI, IPMA or similar certified; - Experience with transfer of complex high-end equipment and supplier management is a strong pré; - Strong in communication & organizational skills and poses strong leadership (confident, persuasive, proactive, team builder, entrepreneurial); - You have a good command of Dutch (and English); This position requires communication with Dutch speaking customers.
