Main Darwin Logo HORIZONTAL 2024 Project Manager / FI Transformation Lead globe (3) Eindhoven globe (3) Netherlands hourglass (1) Contract business cards (1) Project & Program Management 1 Project Manager / Finance Transformation Lead (Eindhoven) To lead a multi-country Finance transformation program focused on standardizing Finance processes, implementing a global ERP platform, and modernizing the Finance operating model. This is a hybrid role and will be a contract assignment for 9 months. Key Responsibilities · Lead end-to-end international Finance transformation initiatives and ERP implementations. · Drive the harmonization and optimization of key Finance processes, including: o Record-to-Report (R2R) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Order-to-Cash (O2C) o Budgeting & Forecasting o Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) o Management Reporting and Compliance · Manage project plans, budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting. · Lead change management and business adoption activities. · Act as the key liaison between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners. · 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Finance Transformation leadership roles. · Proven track record delivering large-scale international Finance transformation and ERP programs. · Strong understanding of Finance processes, operating models, and organizational change. · Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. · Experience working within complex, multinational environments. · Fluent in Dutch and English; German speaking skills is an advantage.
