You take full ownership of the project life cycle from planning and execution to completion, ensuring that each project meets company objectives, client expectations, and the highest SHEQ standards. In this role, you are the key interface with the client, maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships built on trust and performance. You lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, effectively managing resources, schedules and budgets to ensure that all project activities are executed safely, efficiently and within scope. Your leadership ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction, while continuously reviewing and implementing departmental procedures in alignment with N-Sea's standards and business goals. You will be based at the main office in Dordrecht, however partly remote working is an option and short trips to installation vessels may be part of your job.
