Project Manager - • Hybrid • • Delft , Netherlands • €4,594 - €5,830 per month • Mission Solutions & Engineering • 32 - 40 hours Job description In the fast-growing small satellite market, we are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Mission Solutions & Engineering projects. We are seeking a profile with experience in complex technical environments, with a focus on software project management, hardware project management, or a combination of both. As Project Manager, you will contribute to small-satellite mission projects ranging from CubeSat platform development to complete turnkey satellite deliveries. In this international and passionate team, you are responsible for the efficient execution and delivery of projects for customers around the world. You work closely with engineers, partners, and management to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You also maintain close contact with customers and suppliers, working in close collaboration with the project technical lead. Your main responsibilities: • Setting up and controlling project plans, including milestones, scope, and costs. • Managing the day-to-day execution of projects. • Coordinating internal resources and external partners/vendors on a daily basis. • Maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders. • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Job requirements • A degree or relevant experience in a technical field. • 3+ years of experience in project management of complex technical systems (involving software and/or hardware). • Excellent and clear communication skills; fluent in English. • Energetic team player with a positive and open mindset. • Solution-driven and proactive work ethic. • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Preferred: • Experience in space project management, particularly in small satellite projects. • PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMP certification. • Dutch language skills are a plus.
