Key-responsibilities and accountabilities - Project management; preparation and execution of medium to large-scale domestic shows (10,000-25,000 pax) - Managing various internal disciplines, such as ticketing, marketing, booking, and advancing - Coordinating with various external parties, including production, mobility, permits, security, medical services, and F&B - Guiding different hosting partners through the show advancing process - Overseeing multiple disciplines during execution, such as entrance management, security, medical, mobility, finance, F&B, and artist team - Project planning; monitoring timelines and ensuring quality control - Liaising with venues, authorities, and services regarding site visits, show coordination, and service meetings - Relationship management with promoters, bookers, artist agents, and artists - Organizational and financial responsibility for event budgets and settlements Your profile - Deep understanding of our brand; - Experienced project manager in the live-entertainment industry; - Affinity with music industry; - Excellent skills in e.g., MS-office - Working well both individually as in a team; - Flexible; - Fluent in Dutch & English (oral & written); - Being able to switch, adapt and respond on the fly; - Being able to handle pressure well; - Attention to detail; - Preferably based in Amsterdam; INTERESTED? • Apply via , ensuring to include 'Project manager' in the subject line of your email; • Share your portfolio demonstrating your up-to-date skills; • Share CV & motivation letter.
