Thanks to our pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are looking for a new colleague. - About the role As a Project Lead Industrial Cleaning, you are responsible for the successful preparation, coordination, and execution of one or multiple industrial cleaning projects simultaneously. Based from our location in Vijfhuizen, you regularly visit project sites and customers throughout the Netherlands. You are the link between our customers and the operational teams carrying out the work. One moment you are discussing technical solutions and future opportunities with a client, the next you are on-site supporting your team and ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently. You know how to communicate effectively at every level and can easily switch between strategic discussions with customers and practical coordination with colleagues in the field. In addition to maintaining relationships with existing customers, you actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
