As a production worker in Lieshout, you will work in a pleasant environment where you and your colleagues ensure that the production of a well-known brand runs smoothly. This part-time position is ideal if you are looking for flexible work or a side job, and best of all: no experience is necessary! In this role, you will be sorting glass beer bottles, refilling machines with lid rolls, and assisting operators with their work on a daily basis. You will also help keep the workplace clean. Bavaria's production runs both during the day and at night, so work is carried out from Monday to Friday in three different shifts: - Early shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Late shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Night shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. We are looking for someone who is flexible, as you may be scheduled at different times. The position requires a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility in which days you work. After the tour... After a tour of about 1 hour, you will get a good idea of the company and the work. If this tour is positive for both sides, you will continue with the Flowsparks e-learning, which takes about 3 hours in total. So, expect to spend about 4 hours on the tour and e-learning combined. During the e-learning, you will learn about company rules, problem solving, and professional knowledge, among other things. Waar ga je werken? You will be working at the Bavaria Bottling Plant in Lieshout, an important link in the Koninklijke Swinkels family business, which has been renowned for its brewing expertise for generations.
