As a production worker in Lelystad, you will help produce high-quality concrete products together with an enthusiastic team in a modern factory. Your work is important: from preparing molds to checking quality, you ensure that every product looks perfect. You will learn how to read technical drawings and have the opportunity to work with machines such as forklifts and cranes. Your tasks: - Preparing and assembling molds for concrete products - Pouring, finishing, and inspecting concrete elements - Working according to technical drawings and instructions - Ensuring the quality of the products - Safely moving materials with a forklift or crane - Following safety regulations and keeping the workplace tidy Functie-eisen: - Experience or interest in production or construction - Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work - Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings - Accurate and quality-focused working attitude - Good command of the English language
