Job Description As a Production Worker, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality, tailor-made sandwich panels. These panels are used in various industries, including bodywork construction and defense. Depending on your experience, interests and the needs of the department, you will be assigned to different tasks within the production process. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, as part of a close-knit and supportive team. Using technical drawings and parts lists, you will transform individual raw materials into a finished product of excellent quality. Thanks to the variety of panels and tasks, no two working days are the same. Accuracy, quality and teamwork are key within this role. The impact of your work is directly visible in the final product. Functie-eisen Responsibilities Depending on the department, your tasks may include: • Emptying, cleaning and preparing press tables; • Collecting and preparing various raw materials; • Producing and bonding sandwich panels; • Cutting, deburring and sealing aluminum panels; • Sawing, calibrating and adjusting materials such as foam, wood and composite to the correct thickness; • Numbering, sorting and preparing parts for shipment; • Operating machinery and, if qualified, an overhead crane; • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. What We Ask • You work accurately and have technical insight; • You can read technical drawings and parts lists, or are willing to learn; • You are a true team player; • You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Arbeidsvoorwaarden What We Offer • An hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting wage of €15.88 during the first four weeks; • 25% overtime allowance for hours worked above 40 per week; • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer; • A full-time position of 40 hours per week; • Work clothing provided by the company.
