What You Will Do: • Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products efficiently. • Maintain a clean workspace: adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Collaborate with colleagues: communicate effectively in a diverse team to keep operations running smoothly. • Work in shifts: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts. • Invest in your growth: take advantage of internal training opportunities and aim for potential career progression, such as becoming a bandleider or exploring other departments. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team: • An hourly salary of €16.31, plus 130%-140% evening/night shift bonus. • A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position. • Flexible working hours between 24 and 36 hours per week. • 8% holiday allowance and 20 vacation days, plus 4 extra days in a flex budget. • Travel reimbursement starting from 10 km, up to €8.32 per day. • Access to internal training and certifications, such as forklift and EPT. • Opportunities to improve your Dutch through language courses. • Clear career progression paths, including roles like team leader. Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated and flexible production worker who thrives in a team environment and values quality in their work. • Willing to work in shifts (minimum 24 hours weekly). • Proficient in Dutch or English, including reading skills. • Physically capable of standing work and lifting tasks. • Committed to hygienic and safe practices in production. • Open to obtaining internal certifications for skill development.
