Production worker

As a production worker, you will prepare concrete molds by cleaning and oiling them to prevent the concrete from sticking. Together with your colleagues, after preparing the molds, you will place the reinforcing steel before pouring the concrete. Even though you produce the same product every day, you will perform different tasks based on technical plans, making your work varied and interesting. During the introductory period, you will start with basic tasks as a production worker. Afterward, you can develop into an operator of the concrete pouring or finishing machines. You will have the opportunity to participate in courses to expand your knowledge of concrete and learn to read technical drawings, which are essential for the job. Functie-eisen: - Availability of 32-40 hours per week in a day-shift system (Monday to Friday); - Experience in the construction industry (preferred); - Ability to work in a team; - Agility and good physical condition; - MBO level of work and thinking, obtained through education or work experience; - Knowledge of Dutch or English; - Own accommodation; - A driver's license and own transport to the work location.
