You are the one who manufactures these tools. - After a thorough onboarding period, you will set up our high‑tech CNC machines - You ensure that the correct programs and data are properly loaded - You fully approve the first product (100%) before production continues - During the production process, you perform intermediate quality checks and make corrections where necessary - Once approved, the machines handle the production; you monitor and optimize the process - In addition to production tasks, you support your colleagues and work closely with your team - You actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What do we offer? - Salary of €15,50 - 17,00 gross per hour excluding 2-shift bonus of 112%. - Weekly payment of this salary. - 8% vacation allowance and 27 days off (on full-time basis), - Direct participation in the pension scheme - Personal development.
