Then we have a great challenge for you. You'll be involved in the production of high-quality concrete elements for various construction projects. No two days are the same, as each element is produced to the customer's specifications. Depending on your experience, knowledge and interest, you will have the opportunity to carry out various tasks and learn new skills: - Elements are released from the moulds. - Clean the mould and prepare it for a new production cycle. - Installation of reinforcement and various embedded items. - Checking dimensions and quality against technical drawings. - Supervising concrete pouring and finishing concrete surfaces. - Working with an overhead crane to move elements, reinforcement, and concrete (after internal training). - Post-processing of elements by means of blasting, hydrophobing or bonding stone strips. - Carrying out logistics activities with a forklift for the supply of materials and tools. - Monitoring and surveillance of quality throughout the production process. You work in a fixed team where colleagues support each other and are collectively responsible for a high-quality final product.
