Production Worker 2-Shifts

You will work for a producer of fresh hummus, salads and snacks for various supermarkets, meal kit companies and restaurants. The company has a friendly atmosphere and is located on Energieweg in Mijdrecht. Parking is easy, and the location is also accessible by public transport. They are committed to quality and even have a food truck that regularly visits the site. The role of production worker in a 2-shift system is an important part of many of their processes. As a production worker, you will work with fresh products, earn a good salary and get plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. You will join an informal team, receive shift allowances and build up holiday pay and holiday days. You will work in Mijdrecht at a modern company that is easy to reach. About the function As a production worker in Mijdrecht, you and your colleagues will be responsible for packing trays of hummus and salads. You will work in a 2-shift system: one week from 06:00 to 15:00, and the other week from 11:00 to 20:00. Sometimes you will work on the frying line, operating the machines and making sure everything runs safely and according to schedule. You will fold boxes, stack full pallets and help prepare products for dispatch. Occasionally, you will work briefly in a chilled area. There is plenty of room to grow, for example into an operator role if that is where your ambition lies.
