Production work laundry

Bedrijfsomschrijving Our client is based in Weert and operates several locations in the region, providing laundry services for various healthcare institutions. The cleaning process takes place in a modern industrial laundry facility located in Weert’s industrial area, using both automated and manual processes. Around 30 people work at this site. You’ll start in one department and, depending on your skills and experience, may become an all-round team member over time. The location is easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Valkenswaard, and Geldrop, with plenty of free parking available. Functieomschrijving Do you love it when everything is neat and clean?Do you have an eye for detail and are you looking for a permanent daytime job, working four days a week while getting paid full-time? As a production worker in the laundry, you and your colleagues make sure that all laundry items are returned to customers fresh and clean. When you arrive, you’ll unload the dirty laundry from bags or carts and sort it. This can include clothing such as trousers and blouses, as well as towels, bed linen, and more. Thanks to your work, care institutions can rely on you to help their clients — with clean laundry ready to use again. Your main tasks include: • Registering incoming laundry • Sorting dirty laundry • Loading laundry into machines • Monitoring the automatic washing process • Fixing minor issues with the conveyor belt (such as resetting it) • Moving bags and carts with laundry • Keeping your workstation tidy and organized You’ll also carry out other general tasks that come up during the day. You will work Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for a total of 36 hours per week — meaning you always have a three-day weekend. Prefer to work fewer hours?
