Production supervisor - Evening (JN-0015930)

Supermicro are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimising production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What are you going to do? - Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking. - Responsible for effective production management overall production operations including: material logistics, production planning, manpower controls. - To ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standard to perform daily duties and demand. - Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements - Train and coach new workers to perform their work. - Maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers and other production line duties.
