What You Will Do - You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the Shift: Drive daily start-up meetings centered on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity) to keep your team aligned. - Coach & Develop: Empower your team members, providing the feedback and training they need to excel. - Solve Problems: Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes, and technical challenges. - Collaborate: Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized, safe, and efficient.
