Are you technically minded, enjoy working in a production environment, and feel comfortable following structured processes while working in shifts? Then this Production Operator role could be a great next step for you. For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a (Junior) Production Operator to support the production and filling processes. In this position, you play a key role in ensuring the safe and continuous production of high-quality semi-finished products, in line with established procedures and quality standards. What’s your job about? As a Production Operator, you will be active across multiple stages of the production process. You will operate and monitor machinery and installations and gradually develop towards a fully independent Operator role. Your responsibilities include: Operating, monitoring, and controlling production machines and installations Setting, adjusting, and checking machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and cutting settings Identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving process deviations or technical issues Stopping, restarting, or adjusting machines when necessary, or escalating issues to the Operator or Shift Leader Performing first-line maintenance tasks such as lubrication, refilling, and minor adjustments Carrying out visual and measurement-based quality inspections and recording results in the system Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment Working in accordance with safety, environmental, and company regulations You will work in a 5-shift system and report directly to the Foreman or Shift Leader. What skills do you have? We are looking for a motivated and reliable candidate with technical insight and attention to detail. Because the client would like to provide direct contracts, own accomodation in The Netherlands is needed. You have: VMBO / MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent Experience in production or as an operator is an advantage, but not required Affinity
with technology and industrial machinery A structured, quality-focused way of working The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive, stress-resistant mindset when issues arise A strong awareness of safety and willingness to report unsafe situations Availability to work in shifts A forklift certificate is a plus, but not mandatory What do you get in return?
