What You Will Do: • Operate: ensure the production machines function efficiently and address any minor issues during operation • Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with necessary materials and ingredients to maintain a steady workflow • Package: oversee the packaging process, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards • Inspect: perform visual quality checks to ensure all products meet our specifications • Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive, safe, and productive working environment Wat we je bieden We believe in rewarding your hard work with a supportive and structured environment where you can thrive. Here’s what you can look forward to as part of our team: • An hourly salary of €14.99, with a raise after 26 weeks. • A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position. • A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. • 8% holiday allowance and additional shift compensation. • Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer. • Access to secure bike parking and free car parking on-site. Functie-eisen We are seeking a dedicated production worker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and values precision and efficiency. • Physically fit: able to lift and stand for hours. • Comfortable working efficiently at a high tempo. • Previous production experience is a plus, not mandatory. • Own transportation (bike or car) to Waddinxveen plant. • Basic English proficiency for safety and work instructions.
