What You Will Do: • Operate: ensure the production machines function efficiently and address any minor issues during operation • Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with necessary materials and ingredients to maintain a steady workflow • Package: oversee the packaging process, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards • Inspect: perform visual quality checks to ensure all products meet our specifications • Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive, safe, and productive working environment Wat we je bieden We believe in creating an environment where your hard work is recognized and rewarded. Functie-eisen We are looking for a reliable and efficient production worker who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and values teamwork and precision. • Physically fit: able to lift and stand for hours. • Comfortable working efficiently at a high tempo. • Own transportation (bike or car) to Waddinxveen plant. • Basic English proficiency for safety and work instructions. • Previous production experience is a plus, not mandatory.
