For one of our clients near Eindhoven, we are looking for new colleagues for the position of Repair / Assembly Employee Industrial Packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, allowing you to support multiple departments when needed. You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues, supported by 2 shift leaders. Depending on the department where you start, your tasks may include: - Inspecting incoming packaging using a checklist; you will also determine whether it should be sent to the technical repair department or the maintenance department - Repairing aluminium and/or wooden packaging; this may include carpentry work, assembling new parts, removing dents, etc. - Replacing corner profiles, handles, and wheels In this position, you will work in a two-shift schedule. One week you will work Monday through Friday from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM, and the following week from 03:00 PM to 00:00 at night. For this reason, it is important that you have your own transportation, as public transport is not available during these hours. Waar ga je werken? Our client manufactures packaging solutions for the transportation of industrial machinery (both large and small). These machines are transported by air freight, sea freight, or road transport. During transport, the packaging may sometimes become damaged. At the location near Eindhoven, these packages are repaired so they can be reused. Your new workplace consists of 4 departments within one warehouse. The process starts with the inspection of the packaging, and depending on what needs to be done, it is sent to either the technical repair department or the maintenance department.
