What do you need to start as a production employee? 2–4 years of experience in the concrete industry Forklift certificate Speaking the English language Technical insight and experience with reading drawings Wat bieden wij je? You will work based on clear technical drawings and work instructions. Your daily tasks include: Preparing and setting up the molds Placing the reinforcement Pouring the concrete and carefully finishing the elements Carrying out quality inspections Cleaning, checking, and maintaining machines Releasing and unloading the finished concrete elements As a production employee you will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours: Early shift: 07:00 – 15:45 Late shift: 10:15 – 19:00 Overtime may occur, up to 21:00 at the latest Ready for the next step?
