Since this is one of the final steps in the production process, your work plays an important role in the quality of the finished product. Your daily tasks include: - Hanging metal products on the production line before powder coating; - Removing coated products from the line; - Inspecting finished products for quality; - Carrying out minor finishing and touch-up work when necessary; - Cleaning and performing light sanding tasks; - Contributing ideas to improve the production process. You will work in a two-shift schedule: - Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; - Evening shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
