Production Employee - Mold Lines

You will work in the casting department, where molds are produced for high-quality aluminum parts used in automotive, energy, and medical industries. This is a full-time job in a 2-shift system, excluding night shifts. The basic hourly wage is €16.06. You will receive a 116% bonus for all hours worked, whether you work early, late, or night shifts. €16.06 x 116% = €18.63. On top of that, you will also receive €0.91 in ADV per hour worked: €18.63 + €0.91 = €19.54 gross per hour. What you will do: As a Production Operator in the Mold Line department, you will: Operate machines that produce casting molds Check quality of molds and products Set up and adjust machines Solve small technical problems Perform basic preventive maintenance Keep your workplace clean and safe Work together with your team to reach daily targets This is an active, hands-on technical job where you stay involved during your whole shift.
