Are you ready to take on responsibility in a modern production environment? McCain Appetizers in Rilland is looking for motivated production workers who know how to get things done. Experience is not required; we value motivation and a willingness to learn more. Together, we ensure that our cheese snacks and breaded vegetable products are produced to perfection. What are you going to do? In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting frozen products and other food items on the production line. You’ll check the quality of the products and remove any defective or non-conforming items. In addition, you will ensure that the products are packaged according to applicable company standards, correctly labeled, and prepared for distribution. While performing your duties, you will strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
